Toronto – A professor at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management has been named to the 2018 Thinkers50 Radar list of the 30 management thinkers in the world most likely to shape the future of how organizations are managed and led.
Tiziana Casciaro is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and the Jim Fisher Professor in Leadership Development at the Rotman School and is known for her research is on professional networks, power dynamics, and organizational change.
Prof. Casciaro is the author of numerous articles in the Harvard Business Review and in top academic journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, and Organization Science. Her work has been featured in The Economist, the Financial Times, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, USA Today, The Times of London, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, Fortune and TIME magazine. She speaks and consults on leadership development, talent management, change management, organizational networks and professional networking. A native of Italy, Prof. Casciaro received her B.A. in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Organization Science and Sociology from Carnegie Mellon University. Before joining the University of Toronto, she served on the faculty of the Harvard Business School.
