New Team Selected for the Rotman School’s Impact Consulting Group.

Toronto – Since 1972 teams of MBA students from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management have delivered high quality consulting services to business through the Impact Consulting Group.

Each year, a new team of Rotman MBA students is selected to lead the organization. This year the Impact Principals for 2018/19 are Dustin Spencer Ashley, MBA’19, Norman Dobravsky, MBA’19, Carson Kotnyek, MBA’19, Austin Lam, MBA’19, and Arianna Marcano, MBA’19. Collectively, the team has over 23 years of industry experience in management consulting, investment banking, financial services, technology and real estate development. Having worked at companies such as Deloitte, RBC Capital Markets, Stuart Olson and IBM, they possess a diverse set of expertise in business transformation, financial modelling, M&A transactions, project management, data analytics, software development and customer relationship management. The team leverages their professional experience and MBA knowledge to help clients engage in business planning, market research, financial analysis, performance improvement, customer engagement, and more.
