Michael is the founder and CEO of Creaity, a social enterprise helping mid-career workers adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing labour market. As a facilitator, coach and keynote speaker, he is committed to helping his clients find meaningful work aligned with their skills, values and lived experiences.

Drawing on his diverse experience as a CPA, certified leadership and career coach, and professional photographer, Michael offers a unique perspective on career management and personal transformation. Having lived on three different continents and worked with global organizations such as EY, Deloitte and OMERS, he truly believes that diversity is the key to building creative and innovative organizations. Michael is passionate about social innovation and is committed to empowering human potential through learning, coaching and community.
